We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of CBD.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We offer a variety of shipping options and rates. Shipping options include: USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express; UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with a tracking number for your package. You will also receive an email notifying you as soon as the package has been delivered.
Return and Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to email@example.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof within that timeframe.
